“Nothing is impossible, the word itself says I’m Possible.” — Audrey Hepburn

Everyone in this world, who is afraid about their future and sitting idle looking for someone to help them instead of not helping themselves. Because in this fast-growing world, no one is going to ask you “How may I help you?” instead of their own benefits like they ask you at the entertaining desk(in hotels, restaurants, etc.) ahh. Remember no one is going to change anything for you, it is only you that has to change everything for yourself. Start talking to yourself, put yourself into some challenging tasks, where you can discover your hidden potentials and can improve your mistakes.

So today I am going to share some useful tips with all of you, who are tired-off this selfish world that needs only growing and the people who can change themselves according to the desired profession and you have that guts to change yourselves. Here it is:

1) Self Talk:

You are the only person in this world who could listen to your own without any greed or any return back intentions. The self-talk is a direct reflection of your mindset. You are actually the reflection of your thoughts and the nature of thinking. If you are telling yourself “I am not good enough to achieve my dreams”, your thoughts will create your reality and your mindset will hold you back from having the life you want.

Now to upgrade your mindset, you have to change your negative self-talk to an EMPOWERMENT speech by telling yourself “I can do this” or “I got this” or” You can count down your achievements”, this thing really works.

2) Get Out of your Comfort Zone:

Putting yourself in a challenging situation where you have no other choice (do or die, but never give up)than to rise to the level and upgrade your mindset, is also a really helpful strategy.

So it may be asking yourself what situations should I put myself in so that I can explore my hidden potential and growth mindset.

3) Creating New Habits:

Integrating new and powerful habits into your daily life, helps your mindset to change and reinforce your thinking to act.

Now if you want to change your mindset from “fixed” to “growth”, and you do not see any difference. Then you can track your habits that you had developed and can connect all the dots that leads you up to this point. Journaling and tracking your habits/achievements gives you the satisfaction of achievement.

4) Ask People Help:

It might be difficult to implement upon yourself but it’s a kind of self-improvement. Asking people for help means getting feedback from those who know you very well and spending time with them makes you feel proud and growing.

It is like, asking them about “How I interact with people, is there anything to improve.” Because we always care about how others feel about us. So we could use it in a useful way by asking people who know us well to improve ourselves.

5) Fake it Till you Make it:

Even if you don’t fully adapt to the new mindset, try to act like it. Research shows that if you act as if you were competent and confident in an area, will eventually lead to improved competence and confidence.

If I could summarize all this conversation, I can say that communicate with yourself. So that you may know yourselves than any other else. Get out of your comfort zone to explore your hidden potentials and create new habits because to improve good habits you need to establish them first. Take feedback from the people who know you very well(best friends, family members, a teacher, etc.), and at the end, if you are not fully adopted in a new mindset then mimic it and act like it. So you could achieve it quickly.

So these were some of the ideas used for developing a growth mindset and I thought to share with you and I hope you enjoyed it.
